K. Krishnamohan: Founder and CEO
K. Krishnamohan ("Mohan"), the Founder/CEO of Fifth C, has had significant early stage high technology startup experience in successful Silicon Valley companies. Most recently, he was co-founder/Chairman of Vuent (1996-99) in Sunnyvale, California, an enterprise collaborative commerce software company with funding from top U.S. venture capital firms and strategic investors. Mohan was responsible for building the core technology team, recruiting the executive management, business plan development and technology management for an enterprise software product.

Prior to that he was one of the earliest members of the technology firm Rambus (Los Altos, California), an intellectual property based chip design company, which was the top IPO on Nasdaq in 1997. Before that he was an early member on Nexgen (San Jose, California), which pioneered the Intel-compatible microprocessor market, and had a successful IPO on Nasdaq. He started his career at the Microprocessor Group of Intel.

Mohan has an M.S. (Computer Science) from the Univ. of Texas and a B.S. (Electronics Engineering) from BITS, Pilani. He has 4 U.S. patents in computer architecture and algorithms.

David Thomas: Chairman
David Thomas (“David”), the Chairman of Fifth C, is a 20-year veteran of the Procter & Gamble Company, with international experience in marketing, general management and global strategic planning. His last position at P&G was Vice President for Strategy, New Business and Organizational Development for Procter & Gamble Global Hair Care, based in London. David led the redesign of the strategic, organizational and initiative development framework of this $6 billion business. From 1992-1997, David was the Chairman and Chief Executive of Procter & Gamble's South Asian operations, based in Mumbai.

Vinay Deshpande: Director
Vinay Deshpande (“Vinay”), Director, Fifth C, among the most respected technology entrepreneurs in the Indian IT industry, is responsible for the development of a vast range of innovative IT products and proprietary technologies in his 33 year career. He has numerous associations, including the Indian Prime Minister's Information Technology Task Force, and within private industry in India and worldwide. He is the founder/CEO of Encore Software, developer of the innovative Simputer handheld that has won worldwide acclaim. Vinay is a World Economic Forum Technology Pioneer (2001, 2002). He has an MSEE from Stanford University.

Jagdish Kini: Director
Jagdish Kini (“Jagdish”), Director, Fifth C, was most recently the Executive Director of Airtel, India's largest mobile telecom services company, where he was instrumental in setting standards of business performance that set new benchmarks worldwide. He has been at the helm of success stories of global brands within India that include Gillette, where he was the CEO, L'Oreal as a senior executive and Procter & Gamble, where he started his career. Jagdish has an AMP from INSEAD, Paris.

Hans Varghese Mathews: Chief Scientist
Hans Mathews (“Hans”), Head, Fifth C Analytics Research, has been responsible for several breakthrough innovations in the areas of mathematical analytical models. Hans has a Ph.D. (Mathematical Sciences) from Univ. of Wisconsin, Madison and B.A. (Philosophy) from the Univ. of Southern California.
